УПРАВЛІННЯ БІЗНЕС-ПРОЦЕСАМИ БУДІВЕЛЬНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ В УМОВАХ ЦИФРОВІЗАЦІЇ
Анотація
У статті досліджено теоретичні та практичні засади управління бізнес-процесами будівельних підприємств в умовах цифровізації. Обґрунтовано, що цифрова трансформація галузі потребує системного підходу, основою якого є реінжиніринг бізнес-процесів. Систематизовано сучасні цифрові інструменти (BIM, ERP, хмарні платформи, IoT, предиктивна аналітика) та визначено їх вплив на ефективність діяльності підприємств. Запропоновано рівневу модель цифрової трансформації, що відображає послідовність переходу від оптимізації процесів до формування цифрової екосистеми. Розроблено інтегральний індекс цифрового потенціалу бізнес-процесів, коефіцієнт технологічної синергії та підхід до оцінки економічної ефективності трансформації. Визначено основні бар’єри цифровізації та запропоновано напрями їх подолання. Окреслено сучасний стан і перспективи цифрової трансформації будівельної галузі України.
