МЕХАНІЗМИ ФІНАНСУВАННЯ «ЗЕЛЕНОЇ» ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ УКРАЇНИ: РОЛЬ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКИХ ФОНДІВ У ПІСЛЯВОЄННОМУ ВІДНОВЛЕННІ
Анотація
У статті досліджено механізми фінансування «зеленої» трансформації економіки України в умовах післявоєнного відновлення та інтеграції до європейського простору. Проаналізовано роль європейських фінансових інструментів і фондів у переході до низьковуглецевої економіки, розвитку відновлюваної енергетики та модернізації інфраструктури. Визначено основні напрями підтримки через інструменти ЄС і міжнародні організації. Узагальнено значення інструментів змішаного фінансування, гарантійних механізмів, програм Ukraine Facility та Ukraine Investment Framework у мобілізації інвестицій для декарбонізації. Обґрунтовано, що ефективне залучення ресурсів потребує гармонізації законодавства, розвитку інституційної спроможності та державно-приватного партнерства як основи сталого розвитку України.
