DEVELOPMENT OF A COMPLEX SYSTEM OF INDICATORS FOR MANAGEMENT EFFECTIVENESS ASSESSMENT BASED ON THE MET - METHOD
Abstract
The article explores the issues of development and systematization of a set of first-level indicators for the application of the MET-method that would comprehensively and systematically integrate aspects of the enterprise's activities and its management strategy. The objective of the research is the development and systematization of indicators of the first level of the MET-method for evaluating the effectiveness of the enterprise management. Methodologically, authors propose a comprehensive approach to assessing effectiveness of management based on the MET-method, including an analysis of various indicators that consider not only financial results, but also operational effectiveness, innovativeness, and the strategic flexibility of organizations. The result of a research is system of indicators developed in the article is characterized by its comprehensiveness and system approach, as it includes a broad range of criteria that allows for the evaluation of managerial effectiveness from various angles. Scientific novelty. The authors emphasize the need to integrate diverse aspects of enterprise activity, such as financial, operational, and strategic indicators, as well as the qualitative assessment of business processes and socio-psychological aspects of management. Within the conducted research, the authors developed and substantiated a series of management effectiveness evaluation indicators, including: productivity of management business process costs, the organizational structure's balance in terms of added value, the effectiveness of the information support system, the coefficient of growth in the managerial and managed system's personnel potential, leadership index in enterprise management, the effectiveness of the managerial decision-making process, the coefficient of motivation level from the basic salary of the enterprise's personnel, the coefficient of the enterprise's personnel's non-material motivation level, the growth rate of the customer base, and the level of environmental sustainability. Practical significance based on indicators system developed for application in the MET-method is innovative in that it allows not only to measure but also to analyze the effectiveness of management at various levels and from different perspectives. This provides a deeper understanding of the processes occurring in the company and enables the identification of weaknesses and potential for further development. The systematization of the developed indicator system lies in considering the interconnections between various aspects of enterprise activity and assessing the impact of leadership on the overall effectiveness of the enterprise.
