SCIENTIFIC SUBSTANTIATION AND FORMULATION OF MODERN SOLUTIONS FOR REGULATING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY IN AGRICULTURE FOR THE REHABILITATION OF MILITARY PERSONNEL AND POST-WAR RECONSTRUCTION OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The article addresses the issue of restoring economic equilibrium in the post-war period for Ukraine. The main aspects of public administration in the heliculture sector are identified, along with its impact on the country's economy in the post-war era. A study of the functioning of the snail farming product market in Ukraine has been conducted, and the sector's impact on sustainable development using circular economy principles has been analyzed. It has been proven that heliculture influences the medical field and contributes to the improvement of the rehabilitation process for servicemen and post-war reconstruction in Ukraine. The number of snail farms operating in Ukraine has been calculated, amounting to 205 farms as of 2022. Ways of state support for the development of the heliculture sector and its impact on the emotional recovery of combatants are determined. The main aspects of the influence of the snail farming product market development on the country's economy and the moral health of the population in post-war recovery, particularly of the Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers, are disclosed. Objective. Analysis of the latest research. A scientific approach has been employed to explore methods of post-war rehabilitation for military personnel. The field of heliciculture has been described in the context of circular economy principles. Methods. Analyzing the internal state of the snail farming product market. Investigate the influence of the heliculture industry on sustainable development and the creation of a unified medical space for the rehabilitation of military personnel during post-war recovery of the country. Results. The article analyzes the impact of the heliciculture industry on the post-war recovery of Ukraine's economy within the framework of sustainable development and in adherence to the principles of circular economy. The main methods of rehabilitation for Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers are identified through the development of the snail farming product market. Scientific novelty. In the conditions of martial law, Ukraine faces a range of problems that require careful analysis and determination of strategies to address these issues. In this context, it is necessary to create favorable conditions not only for the recovery of the state's economy but also for the rehabilitation of military personnel in the post-war period. Therefore, questions regarding the development of strategies for physical and moral rehabilitation of Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers are currently being prioritized to stabilize the functioning of the economy. Practical significance. During the post-war recovery period, it is necessary for the state to orient itself within the current economic landscape by carefully analyzing all sectors of the economy, including the agricultural products market. The development of the heliciculture industry and its state support will contribute to the goals of moral rehabilitation of the population, including the Armed Forces of Ukraine soldiers. Such an approach will not only help strengthen the emotional well-being of veterans but also provide an advantage over other countries in the world in the development of the snail farming product market.
