ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AS A CATALYST FOR CHANGE IN THE HUMAN RESOURCE ECOSYSTEM OF AN ORGANIZATION: CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES

Abstract

In human resource ecosystems, whose formation is becoming increasingly relevant and gaining momentum in the current socio-economic reality, artificial intelligence, as a key innovative technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, acts as a catalyst for multifaceted and large-scale transformations. The objective of this article is to provide a scientific rationale for the new opportunities and challenges in human resource management based on an ecosystem approach, leveraging artificial intelligence technologies. Methods. By critically synthesizing theoretical models, applied practices, expert assessments, and prognostic conclusions regarding the phenomenon of artificial intelligence, the study identifies radical changes in modern management practices and social-labor relations. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the further development of conceptual and applied aspects of the formation and functioning of the human resource ecosystem under the influence of artificial intelligence, which produces diverse effects. Results. A conceptual model of AI integration into the organization's human resource ecosystem is proposed, taking into account technical, economic, social, and legal components in the context of human-centricity. The need to adhere to ethical standards and social policies aimed at harmonizing the interests of the actors within the human resource ecosystem under the influence of AI technologies is demonstrated. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the potential implementation of AI technologies in management processes for the formation, development, and efficient use of human resources within the ecosystem framework, based on human-centric principles. The research concludes with observations on the patterns of new forms of interaction between employees, employers, and AI agents, which are becoming organic components of the human resource ecosystem in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, as well as the harmonization of modern technical-technological solutions with human potential, contributing to sustainable socio-economic development based on human-centric principles.
