INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT ASPECTS OF THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF COGNITIVE CAPITAL OF ECOFARMS

Abstract

Objective. The paper explores the theoretical and practical aspects of the formation and development of cognitive capital of ecological farms in the context of innovation and investment processes. The essence of cognitive capital of ecofarms is revealed as a set of knowledge, skills, experience and intellectual resources used to create added value in the process of environmentally friendly agricultural production. Methods. A methodological approach to assessing the level of development of cognitive capital of ecofarms based on an integral indicator that takes into account technological, managerial and marketing components is proposed. The research examines the role of innovation ecosystems and analyzes international experience in developing cognitive capital of ecological farms. Results. The key drivers of cognitive capital development are analyzed, including innovative precision farming technologies, biological plant protection methods and digital solutions for monitoring production processes. The features of investment support for the development of cognitive capital at the macro and micro levels are investigated, including state programs to support organic production and mechanisms for attracting private investment. The role of the educational and scientific component and international cooperation in the formation of cognitive capital is determined. Scientific novelty. The research proposes a systematic approach to assessing the effectiveness of investments, taking into account economic, social and environmental effects. The importance of digital technologies, including big data analytics and the Internet of Things, in the development of cognitive capital of ecofarms is revealed. The impact of regulatory frameworks and certification systems on the accumulation and utilization of cognitive capital in organic farming is analyzed. Practical significance. Recommendations for improving state policy to support the development of cognitive capital of ecological farms have been developed, including mechanisms for financial incentives, information and consulting support, and the development of educational programs. The expediency of creating regional centers of competence to ensure effective exchange of knowledge and experience between participants in the organic sector is substantiated. Strategies for building resilient knowledge networks and communities of practice among organic farmers are proposed, emphasizing the importance of peer-to-peer learning and experience sharing.
