MODEL OF MOTIVATIONAL SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISE POTENTIAL IN THE CONDITIONS OF A CIRCULAR ECONOMY

Abstract

The article presents the results of research on the topical issue of maintaining the potential of enterprises in the agrarian sector of the economy operating on the principles of a circular economy at the appropriate level. It is proved that the contradictory trends in the development of the world economy, the growth of risks and the level of uncertainty of doing business in the national economy require a conceptually new approach to managing the development of enterprise potential on the basis of motivational support for the management process. At the same time, in the context of harmonization of Ukraine's regulatory framework with European environmental legislation, there is a growing need for domestic enterprises to apply effective closed-loop innovative technologies. In this regard, a comprehensive model of motivational support for the optimization and development of the potential of the studied enterprises has been developed on the basis of achieving optimal values of the main parameters of the structural and functional potentials of the enterprise. The main characteristics of this model are: systematic impact on the object of management; use of the necessary levers of effective influence on all areas of the enterprise at all levels of management; productive use of personnel; flexibility; mobility; focus on maximizing the existing potential of the enterprise and its further development. In this case, the central function of the management process is motivation, which is realized through the integrated use of internal and external motivational levers. An approach is proposed, according to which motivational management should provide three levels of efficiency and, accordingly, three levels of realization, optimization and development of the enterprise potential: individual, team and general. A comprehensive forecasting model of key indicators of potential development has also been developed, which is a set of mathematical equations, methods, algorithms, artificial intelligence and programming used in a certain sequence. The model helps enterprises operate without losing efficiency even in a full-scale war. The published materials reflect the author's own opinion and scientific position.
