ВДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ СИСТЕМИ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ УТРИМУВАННЯМ ТЕМПІВ СТАЛОГО ТА ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО РОЗВИТКУ: ДОСВІД РОЗВИНЕНИХ ДЕМОКРАТІЙ
Анотація
У статті актуалізується проблема деструктивного інформаційного тиску на публічний простір, що уповільнює темпи розвитку і негативно відображається на стані національної безпеки. Мета − проаналізувати концептуальні підходи розвинених демократій з вдосконалення системи національної безпеки впровадженням механізмів державного управління задля утримування темпів сталого та інноваційного розвитку. Розкриття предмету завдячує методології інституціоналізму, системно-синергетичному аналізу. Наукова новизна полягає у висвітленні принципів безпекових доктрин ЄС, ФРН, США у контексті зміцнення оборонно-промислового комплексу. Практичне значення − в можливому використанні вітчизняною владою найкращих практик при формулюванні й реалізації публічної політики, розвитку економіки в умовах воєнного стану, відбудови України. Основні висновки відображають узагальнення досвіду розвинених демократій.
