ОСНОВНІ ГРАВЦІ У СФЕРІ ПОВОЄННОЇ ВІДБУДОВИ КРАЇН
Анотація
У статті визначено та систематизовано ряд акторів, які відіграють важливу роль у процесах повоєнної відбудови. Мета дослідження –проаналізувати та систематизувати інформацію про ключових акторів, які відіграють важливу роль в період повоєнного відновлення країни, а також визначити, які з них можуть потенційно стати найбільш впливовими під час повоєнного відновлення саме України. За допомогою аналізу історичної літератури, сучасного стану міжнародних відносин, звітів міжнародних організацій, та інших джерел, досліджено роль таких гравців міжнародної відбудови, як міжнародні неурядові організації (НУО), ООН та її структури, міжнародні фінансові організації, країни та наднаціональні організації, держава, що відновлюється, та її громадянське суспільство. Станом на зараз Україна знаходиться в стані війни, але вже потрібно планувати повоєнне відновлення держави. У статті наведено основних акторів у сфері повоєнної відбудови, а також проаналізовано яку роль вони можуть відіграти при відбудові саме України. Стаття наводить три дослідницькі питання, відповіді на які дозволяють детально розглянути ролі основних гравців у сфері міжнародної відбудови.
