ЦИФРОВА ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ АКАДЕМІЧНИХ УСТАНОВ: ПІДХОДИ ТА ФРЕЙМВОРКИ

Анотація

У статті розглядаються сучасні підходи та фреймворки цифрової трансформації, що застосовуються в академічних установах для забезпечення системного переходу до цифрової моделі діяльності. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу міжнародних рамкових моделей, таких як Jisc Digital Capabilities Framework, EDUCAUSE Digital Transformation Framework, DigCompEdu, Gartner Digital Maturity Model, HolonIQ та UNESCO ICT-CFT. Визначено їх основні характеристики, переваги та обмеження в контексті вищої освіти. Автором виокремлено п’ять ключових підходів до цифрової трансформації: технологічну інтеграцію, педагогічні інновації, організаційні зміни, взаємодію зі стейкхолдерами та дата-орієнтованість. Запропоновано практичні рекомендації щодо застосування зазначених фреймворків для підвищення цифрової зрілості, якості освітнього процесу та ефективності управління в університетах.
