STATE SUPPORT OF THE INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES OF FOOD INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE MILITARY STATE

Keywords: business, enterprise, state, innovation, support

Abstract

Success in the innovative activity of the country, as evidenced by the European example, is achieved under the condition of integration (i.e. unification) of state interests, business structures, scientific educational institutions and professional ones. The state and business should be customers, consumers and co-investors of innovative development. It has been proven that the conditions of martial law can negatively affect the innovative activity of food industry enterprises due to various factors, such as a decrease in demand for products, a decrease in production, a change in state priorities, etc. The main challenges faced by food industry enterprises in the conditions of martial law are substantiated, in particular: decrease in demand: War leads to a decrease in consumer activity and economic instability, which can affect the demand for goods and services. Lower profits could lead to lower employment and downsizing. Problems with supplies lead to the closure of trade routes, a decrease in logistics capabilities and an increase in the cost of transporting goods. This can lead to delays in deliveries and increase the cost of supplying raw materials. Reduced investment: War conditions usually lead to reduced investor confidence and limited access to financial resources. This can reduce opportunities for business development and expansion. Increased security risk: Under the influence of hostilities, risks to the general security of workers and infrastructure may increase. Protecting the business and its assets can be an additional challenge. A change in the competitive environment can lead to a change in the business environment, increased competition and changes in market share. With such changes, enterprises need to adapt and change their strategies, which definitely reduces the innovative activity of business entities.
